This scenario is the situation that SCORE Lancaster-Lebanon clients Stephen & Jordan Evangelista, owners of HQ Water Solutions, were facing this year. They kept their marketing campaign on-target with a robust presence on social media. Jordan and Stephen became active and engaged with local business associations. They soon realized how deeply the entire small business community had been impacted and pivoted their marketing plan to offer their neighbors support.
Building a Market of Goodwill
The “Small Biz Feature Friday” is now a regular presence on the HQ Water Solution social media and website. The program allows other small companies the chance to extend their reach and potentially secure new clients from an untapped market that might not see their content otherwise. This sense of community will also build a market of goodwill for these young entrepreneurs who are truly living by the motto “We Are All In This Together.”
