Bill Beyer Retired attorney with 30 years’ practice experience, including 10 years as managing partner of a small general practice law firm in Lancaster. Instructor of Business Law at Penn State University, as well as teacher of an LSAT Prep Course at several colleges and universities in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Indiana. Served 20 years on the Bart Township Planning Commission. Community activities include serving on Board of Directors of Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Services, Inc., and active volunteering for Hospice and Community. James Castanzo Jim has more than 35 years experience in advertising and marketing on the creative side of the business. Currently, he is a partner and creative consultant with the country’s third largest B2B agency. He has produced packaging and branding programs for national and global B2C and B2B clients. Expertise in brand strategy and brand identity programs. He is also an adjunct faculty member at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design. Jim is a long-time volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America serving as V.P Marketing on a local and Regional level. Jim joined SCORE in 2014.

A former entrepreneur, he has the experience of owning several small businesses. These experiences enable him to provide individuals the necessary information needed to start and expand a business. Donald Houghton Graduating from the US Naval Academy, Don was an officer in the U.S. Navy and served in Vietnam. His civilian career included engineering, consulting, production/plant management, sales, and marketing. Don was the 2007 President of the Association of Millwork Distributors (AMD), a national organization. From 1990 through 2013, he assumed many roles with Reeb Millwork Corporation, including President and COO. Don joined SCORE in 2014.

Prior to becoming a business person, three years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Thailand and thirty years as an administrator in the Pennsylvania Public Schools. During the professional years, facilitated numerous workshops, supervised personnel, managed inventories and budgets, prepared briefs and evaluated programs and personnel. Retirement brought three years teaching English as a second language in Northern Thailand as a Peace Corps Volunteer. BSBA in Management and an MBA (Teaching Fellow) from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Eric joined SCORE in 2013 and is the Chapter’s Secretary.
William Regitz William Regitz is nationally recognized as an expert in computer memory technology. His thirty-nine years of experience includes working on Ferrite Sheet memory systems at Bell Telephone Labs, Core and Semiconductor Memory System at Honeywell and Semiconductor Memory Systems Intel Corporation. Bill is recognized as being an important player in establishing Intel’s 1103 as the 1st high volume Dynamic Random Access Memory chip used by computers in place of core memory systems. He holds several patents and has authored numerous papers and articles. Bill served various capacities, including President of the Franklin, Massachusetts Jaycees, member of Zitel/Fortel Board of Directors, Secretary and Treasurer of the Ryan Ranch Road Association, Treasurer and Member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Music Board of Trustees and CFO and member of the InnerLink Board. He currently is a member of the Ware Center Advisory Board, the Fulton Theatre Board, and the Paul H. Slaugh, Jr. Entrepreneurship Program Advisory Board. Bill has owned and managed commercial properties in several states. He owned a restaurant, bar, and banquet room, and currently operates a wedding business at Drumore Estate. Charles Sawicki Chuck had a 46 year career in sales, marketing, & general management. He received a BA in Economics from Notre Dame & an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He served as a US Army officer through ROTC as a Distinguished Military Graduate. While with 5 organizations, he introduced 6 new products & was president of 3 companies in business information, M&A information, & wholesale & retail investment products & services. Before moving to Lancaster from Charlotte, NC, he served over 7 years as a SCORE Mentor. He has been a Rotarian for almost 50 years and has been a volunteer Ambassador for Road Scholar, the largest non-profit educational travel company. Chuck has traveled to all 50 states & 100 countries. He won the AFP Volunteer Fund Raiser Award while serving on non-profit boards & donor development committees. Chuck joined our chapter in 2015.
