In 2015 Jennifer joined SCORE Lancaster–Lebanon as a client with her husband, Executive Chef Steven Bushey, in order to streamline operations. She now continues in the role as mentor to others.

Chuck had a 46 year career in sales, marketing, & general management. He received a BA in Economics from Notre Dame & an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He served as a US Army officer through ROTC as a Distinguished Military Graduate. While with 5 organizations, he introduced 6 new products & was president of 3 companies in business information, M&A information, & wholesale & retail investment products & services.  Before moving to Lancaster from Charlotte, NC, he served over 7 years as a SCORE Mentor. He has been a Rotarian for almost 50 years and has been a volunteer Ambassador for Road Scholar, the largest non-profit educational travel company. Chuck has traveled to all 50 states & 100 countries. He won the AFP Volunteer Fund Raiser Award  while serving on non-profit boards & donor development committees. Chuck joined our chapter in 2015.

The Chief Operating and Financial Manager of International Production Partners, an entertainment production and consumer products merchandising company, Jeff has more than 25 years of progressively responsible experience in companies with revenues ranging from $10MM to $500MM. He has led these companies through start-up, turnaround, and growth modes. Jeff has spent 17 years as president, chief operating officer, and chief financial officer in a variety of industries, including consumer products, agriculture, and entertainment. His understanding of both domestic and international manufacturing and distribution channels encompasses retail sales, wholesale, OEM, catalog, web, and direct sales. Among his previous positions, Jeff served as Chief Operating Officer of The Pfaltzgraff Co., COO & CFO of Pennfield Corporation, President & CFO of Kreamer Feed, Inc and BJE Realty, L.P., and COO of Russ Berrie and Company. Jeff Schaum holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Elizabethtown College, an MBA from St. Joseph’s University, and is a Certified Management Accountant. Jeff joined SCORE in 2007.

Gary Wojcik

Gary has retired from a 40-year career working for New Holland Agriculture| CNH Industrial – a farm and industrial equipment supplier. The New Holland Agriculture headquarters for North America is in New Holland, PA, and is home to one of the largest hay tools production facilities in the world. Gary began his career at New Holland Agriculture working as a service support manager and soon transferred for 11 years to a position as sales and business manager. He moved to Northwestern USA regional service management, and then finished his field experience with a 2-year period of regional training management. The remaining two decades of Gary’s career were at New Holland Agriculture home office, in New Holland, PA, working in product management and product marketing. Gary is eager to assist with co-mentoring opportunities. He believes he can help in the areas of business performance in marketing, sales, service support and training.
