Millersville University and SCORE Lancaster-Lebanon through Partnership for Progress are matching local businesses with students for a 100-hour traineeship program. Through funding from the Lancaster County Community Foundation’s BB&T Economic Growth Fund, the program aims to strengthen the workforce development collaboration between the Lancaster business sector and higher education.

Organizations participating in the program will have the opportunity to work with mentors from SCORE Lancaster-Lebanon to define their company culture, as well as the values and attributes of their company that enable their employees to thrive. Millersville University student trainees, funded through grant awards, will be matched to the participating companies to provide valuable support for a company initiative or project.

For more information on how your company or organization could benefit from a trainee, we invite you to attend an information session on October 17, 2017 at Millersville University.
